Rule-based horror + Infinite flow
Every one of the three male leads who gets beaten in this story deserves it, so each of them will die once.
You could call the ending a happy ending for the love interests. I'm too old for bitter stories, and how is this ending not sweet? Basically, it's an infinite-flow horror story, maybe not all that scary, about a nasty bully who torments a poor unlucky guy, drives him out of school, then can't stop thinking about him, with an almost terrifyingly intense longing for his love.
Three distinct, trashy, handsome tops x a handsome, gloomy, incredibly gutsy bottom who carries the whole team
Brother Liang is the kind of guy who seems crazy when nobody else is, but looks perfectly normal when he's around people crazier than him (namely, the tops). Strange things, supernatural phenomena, and sanity-draining monsters don't really scare him.
The game can be seen as a process of treating Brother Liang's mental illness.
Synopsis:
Liang Beixu is gloomy and strange. Everyone who has met him says so.
No one would guess that this muscular laborer, who often wears protective gear under the blazing sun while working at a height of more than ten stories, is covered in scars. Most are old: in addition to cuts from sharp blades and pits burned by cigarette butts, there are all sorts of twisted, insulting "tattoos." Someone repeatedly stabbed them into his skin with a fountain pen. The ink remains in his muscle tissue, along with the humiliation of the past, impossible to wash away.
Even worse than the occasional pain that still lingers in his body is the oppressive fear he can never escape. These feelings have tormented him day after day for decades, and have now fermented into a deep, heavy hatred.
He has prepared a great deal, all for a single plan: a plan to sever the past once and for all.
He has to kill those people. He absolutely has to kill them.
For certain reasons, Liang Beixu couldn't continue high school in his senior year. His options for revenge were limited. After spending a long time staking out and tracking them, he learned their routines. They all came from wealthy families, and there was no way to get into the places where they lived. Liang Beixu could only resort to other means. For example, when the three of them gathered in the same place, he could pretend to be a guest and sneak inside...
Unfortunately, before he could put his plan into action, he was suddenly transported to a strange place.
Before he could recover from the sudden dizziness, a strange electronic voice sounded beside his ear:
"Welcome to the escape game."
Liang Beixu looked around. He was in a pure white space with quite a few other people. He quietly observed everything around him, his gaze sweeping over the faces of many strangers. Then his tall body began to tremble uncontrollably. Not from fear, but from barely contained excitement.
He saw them. Those three were here too.
Their time in high school hadn't put a single stain on their glamorous lives. Now grown into handsome young men, they were discussing something. Liang Beixu clenched his fists and glared at them, his rage so vivid it seemed ready to burst out of him.
The group gathered over there seemed to sense something. One of them turned around, meeting his gaze.
But Liang Beixu silently looked away, pretending not to care. He would cooperate with the people he hated most to escape, while secretly using the game's rules to set them up and kill them one by one.
He thought he would win the game in the end.
But those three bastards didn't die as he had expected. Instead, they became vengeful ghosts in the game, trying to drag him down with them into eternal hell.
They are the rulers of this world of terrifying tales. Liang Beixu is their only prey.
Theme: Revenge feels good for a moment, but failing at it brings misery for life.
