Everyone Has a Golden Finger

Blurb:

Feng Momo woke from a dream, and after a brief moment of clarity, she was overcome with joy.

She had been reborn!

Although she couldn't remember the winning numbers for the Double Color Ball lottery, she did remember the stocks that would skyrocket at a certain point, the funds, and the leading companies that would flourish in the future.

Feng Momo rubbed her hands together, ready to make it big.

She opened the window to let in some air, and heard a loudspeaker broadcasting from downstairs in the old apartment complex.

"Attention, residents. Supernatural phenomena have been occurring frequently lately, and the number of people awakening to unusual abilities has increased significantly. Residents and their families should listen to the broadcast at all times."

"If you suddenly discover that you are unusual, whether you transmigrated, were reborn, transmigrated into a book, have a System, yin-yang sight, various supernatural abilities, or have returned from another world with magic or cultivation, including but not limited to any other unusual circumstances, please contact your community immediately, register your golden finger, and collect your special identification documents."

"At any time, in any place, remember: the country and its people will always have your back."

Broadcast by the Golden Finger Registration Office of Bayi Community, Ancheng Emergency Response Command.
