I also love eating Guobao Pork! I haven't eaten here many times when I was in my hometown in Northeast China! When I come to the south, the food I eat at Northeastern restaurants is always not good. But in fact, I have never eaten particularly authentic and delicious Guobao Pork in my hometown, and I only ate it when I was a teenager. Until now, I don't know the most authentic taste of Guobao Pork, but I always miss it every few years or a period of time!

The salty bone porridge is very delicious, but it needs to be cooked in a clay pot and takes a long time to dry, so you have to eat it slowly in the store.

I also tend to be heavy-flavored, but I can't tolerate spicy food. I'd rather have something sweeter. I don't like the flavor if it's too strong. I'm very picky, but I'm not picky about food.
