[Naruto] My Little Brother Can't Possibly Be That Chuunibyou

Uchiha Zemi is a human who claims to have the blood of an ancient god of darkness. His dream is to ascend the supreme throne of the void and appoint his older brothers as his left and right-hand guardians. In reality, though, he has no choice but to submit to his brothers' head-patting attacks and obediently start working hard by learning to throw shuriken.

But one day, Zemi could no longer stand the pointless wars between the ninja clans. The chuunibyou boy finally snapped. He couldn't understand why these ninjas, who could use ninjutsu to develop technology, used it only for fighting and killing.

After that, the Senju Clan suddenly noticed that their old rivals had quietly left them behind and started working on peaceful infrastructure projects. Plenty of other ninja clans joined them, too. The Senju were sure the cunning Uchiha were just trying to let them lower their guard.

But the Senju waited and waited, until they discovered that their own young clan leader and his right-hand man had joined in as well...

Years later, the tall and slender Zemi wore a sleek black cloak, arms folded across his chest, with a long scythe strapped to his back. Standing atop a cliff, he looked down at the prosperous capital of Konoha. The wind whipped his cloak, and his face was hidden beneath his hood as he immersed himself in the grand ambition of “taking control of the entire world.”

Then Madara appeared in front of him with a dark look on his face and angrily yanked on his long, low ponytail. “Uchiha Zemi (through gritted teeth)! Izuna has been covering your shifts day and night for five days. Get back and deal with your official duties!”

As soon as he heard he had to review paperwork, Zemi, who had been so imposing just a moment earlier, obediently lowered his head and wilted.

Little scene:

Madara: I have two younger brothers. I have to protect them as they grow up safe and sound.

Itachi: That's right. I also have two younger brothers. They're the people I value most.

Izuna: My younger brother looks just like me.

Sasuke: What a coincidence. My younger brother looks just like me too.

Madara and Izuna: My youngest brother is a bit of a chuunibyou, but he always comes up with some brilliant ideas.

Itachi and Sasuke: Is that so? My youngest brother acts like an idiot all the time too, but you can't hide his intelligence.

Zemi: Tremble, my foolish big brothers! Come create a new world with me!

Reader advisory:

1. Naruto fanfic only, with everyday scenes interspersed with the plot. It begins during the Warring States period of the Shinobi World.

2. The protagonist is Izuna's twin younger brother, a born chuunibyou. His dark god persona is just a chuunibyou fantasy.

3. Everyone is out of character, and the timeline is a mess.

4. Besides Madara and Izuna, the protagonist's older brothers will eventually include Itachi and Sasuke.
