[Western Crossover] Xiao Yu Is Running Around Again Today

Xiao Yu followed her dad from San Francisco to Gotham. She thought life would get boring from then on.

But...

On their first day in Gotham, they ran into a bank robbery, with bombs flying everywhere.

On her first day of school, she met a really cool kid. Apparently, his name was Damian.

On her second day of school, she discovered that there really were bats flying in Gotham's sky!

"Gotham is so cool!" Xiao Yu exclaimed excitedly. "Is Batman really a bat spirit in disguise?"

Damian's face twisted.

"Can I ask Batman to take me on as Robin, too?"

"No!"

Worried, Jackie took Xiao Yu to work in New York, hoping the atmosphere there would be a little more normal.

Aliens flying all over the sky, Iron Man firing laser cannons with a whoosh, and someone using a hammer like a helicopter... a god??

Jackie thought the world had to be crazy.

"Hey!" Tony Stark stared wide-eyed at the little girl who had suddenly appeared in his tower. "How did you get in here?"

"I took the stairs!"

Today's Daily Planet:

The Joker was actually immobilized by a pufferfish. Is this a distortion of human nature, or a collapse of morality?

The chant "Demons and monsters, go away!" actually worked on Killer Croc. Could he really be a monster in disguise?

Luthor's head can apparently serve as a pufferfish for a while. Is the richest man in Metropolis considering a career change?

A story to help you unwind. For more lighthearted stories in the same series, check out the DC and Marvel crossover series, Doraemon Saves the World.

Some timeline details have been changed. For example, Xiao Yu and Damian are in the same grade, and Damian's school is not a boarding school.

Bats will be a tired but good father.

Warnings:

1. OOC and stereotype warning.

2. There may be some unusual crossovers, such as Gordon Ramsay versus the Wayne family kitchen, Tom and Jerry versus Alfred, a sponge in someone's hand that can talk (SpongeBob SquarePants), and the richest person in the world actually being a duck (Donald Duck).

3. No couples, though there may be some pretend BatBramance.

4. I've written too many dark and angsty stories, so I wanted to write something light and cheerful. There won't be anything that requires much brainpower.

5. She won't really become Robin, but she might be Robin for a day. (Who could possibly stop an enthusiastic Xiao Yu?)
