The Scholar and the Blade

"Only when winter comes do we learn that the pine and cypress are the last to wither." - The Analects, Zihan

I am a cripple who cannot lift a blade. Zhantian is a blade, bright with icy light.

It took me a long time to realize that Zhantian is a blade, and also a person.

If Zhantian breaks or rusts, I will never have another blade in my life.

Because I cannot lift a blade, my blade is simply someone who loves me...
