Victor dislikes Neuvillette, but aside from all that, what he really dislikes is water.

After spending five hundred years in Fontaine, his System only officially activated when he met the Traveler. What do you mean, he'll die soon if he doesn't meet the other elemental dragons?

To clear his head, he went swimming late that night for the first time in ages, only to nearly drown again.

And Paimon called him a strange thing.

Victor, who had deliberately traveled alone to Liyue on business, took a big gulp of tea and looked at Zhongli beside him.

Victor: I brought a friend along. You don't mind, do you?

Zhongli: A guest is always welcome. I, Zhongli, would be glad to have them.
