Victor Mordo, a judicial officer in Fontaine, is usually just called Victor. Like Neuvillette, he came to Fontaine five hundred years ago and is in charge of civil affairs.

Everyone knows that the judicial officer Vic can't stand Neuvillette, even though they've been colleagues for five hundred years.

Neuvillette knows nothing about it.

Why, you ask? Because whenever they get a chance to be alone together, Victor asks him about the battle between the original dragons and the Heavenly Principles.

The moment Neuvillette saw him, he sensed they were alike. He was a Hydro Dragon, while Victor was an Electro Dragon.

After five hundred years in Fontaine, the System only officially activated when he met the Traveler. Apparently, he couldn't live long without meeting the other elemental dragons, and he had to bring Neuvillette along too!

He went for a long-overdue swim that night to clear his head, only to drown again after all this time.

And Paimon even called him a weird thing.

Victor deliberately went on a business trip to Liyue alone. He took a big sip of tea and looked at Zhongli beside him.

Victor: I brought a friend along. Do you mind?

Zhongli: A visitor is a guest. Zhongli welcomes them.

Victor: He might try to judge you, so please don't take it personally.

Zhongli: Then Zhongli shall take his leave first.
