Soothe Me

Ye Xian has never been a pushover.

They said she was past her prime? She smashed the new car of the Shen family's heir.

They said she was fake and manipulative? She challenged her antis to meet up in person, and Shen Jinchuan arranged a hot pot dinner for everyone.

The entire entertainment industry was waiting for Ye Xian to get kicked out, but Shen Jinchuan turned her into a permanent fixture on the trending charts!

#YeXianRejectsYoungMasterShenThreeTimes stayed up for a week.

#ShenJinchuanSpendsBigToGetHerBack topped the charts for three days.

#YeXianDeclaresHerselfSingle was posted, and that very night, a certain top donor barged in. "Honey, if you're single, then what am I?"

Her antis dug up everything about her ex: impotent, promiscuous, unhinged, and the ultimate master of the white-moonlight-substitute trope.

The whole internet was devastated for her: Run, sis!

But Ye Xian just smiled.

Later, at the Three Gold Awards ceremony, she held up her trophy and looked toward the audience. "My previous declaration that I was single is hereby revoked. For details, please consult Mr. Shen Jinchuan."

Reporters crowded around her. "Sister Xian, what's it like to be kept by a powerful tycoon?"

She glanced at the camera. "When I'm in a good mood, he builds me a skyscraper. When I'm in a bad mood, he buys me an island."
