Even Mr. Dazai Has to Play Tennis

"Dazai, want to play tennis?" A mature, low voice sounded in Dazai's ear.

Dazai Osamu's brown eyes widened, and his lips quivered. "O-Odasaku..."

But he received two pieces of news, one good and one bad.

The good news: Odasaku had become a System, and he was still alive.

The bad news: Before Dazai could spend any time with his dear friend, he had to pretend to be young and go play tennis.

Today, the Rikkai tennis club welcomed a new member with a peculiar temperament. He spent all day throwing himself into the water, much to everyone's dismay.

At first, everyone just watched him for laughs.

Then he served the ball...

And everyone who'd been laughing at him was blown away!!

Who would have thought that he wasn't a joke at all, but a future overlord of the tennis world, a great demon king whose terrifying aura on the court was just like the Port Mafia!!! Was this a distortion of human nature, or a collapse of morality? (Tears) Just kidding.

Dazai Osamu, who had inexplicably acquired the title of "Evil Demon King": …

Odasaku: (wiggles his cowlick) It's okay, Dazai. That title... is kind of cute.

Dazai Osamu: (Odasaku, I'm not a little kid anymore!!

Ahem...

Dazai Osamu's black hair fluttered in the wind. He gazed up at the sky at a forty-five-degree angle, then suddenly smiled and turned toward you all. "Playing tennis is so much fun~"

An unknown host popped up and pointed a microphone at you. "What do you think about that?"

You shuddered and said with a chill, "At the time, he was grinning from ear to ear, saying things like how much fun tennis was, and going on about youth and bonds and all that passionate stuff. He kept acting totally out of character. We were terrified."

Theme: Mr. Dazai is working hard to become a tennis ace.
