Phone, Did I Successfully Win the Succession Battle Today?

Originally titled How Does a Smartphone Spirit Become a Prince and Seize the Throne? 1. Xue Jin'an is the magical artifact smartphone of a transmigrated cultivator, a domineering hero in the modern world. After an accident shatters his physical form, the artifact spirit transmigrates into a doomed prince who dies at the very start of an unfinished novel about a struggle for the throne. Xue Jin'an doesn't want to die so soon, so he decides to join the main plot, fight for the throne, and become emperor. The other princes' daily struggle for the throne: forming cliques, scheming against one another, pretending to be loving sons and devoted brothers in front of their father, then resorting to poison and assassination the moment they turn away. Xue Jin'an's daily struggle for the throne: checking the Great Qi trending topics in the morning to watch the court's top trolls go at it, taking online classes with great scholars and military commanders at noon, then doing his homework and pounding away at the keyboard in the evening, churning out impassioned essays. When he's hungry, he can even order a late-night snack and enjoy it with articles by scholars on his reading app. A few years pass. Some princes are dead, others are under house arrest, and the well-behaved Seventh Prince is unanimously chosen as heir apparent. Xue Jin'an, who was just gearing up to fight his way through the succession battle: ? I haven't even made a move yet. How did you lose already? 3. Xue Jin'an thinks he's just a poor little artifact spirit who lost his physical form. His magical abilities are weak, and he can't affect anyone with even a little cultivation. But this isn't a world ruled by cultivators. And so: A new assignment appears on the desk of a great scholar of the age; A mighty general stationed at the border takes on an invisible final disciple; The emperor dreams every night of someone commenting on that day's court session... Later, they learn that the person responsible is the Seventh Prince. [I've seen lots of readers curious about the map, so I made a rough one and put it in the setting collection next door, Little Smartphone. Take a look if you're interested. I'm not sure whether it'll be approved for posting.] A recommendation for my upcoming no-couple male-lead novel next door, Cultivation Summer Camp. Give it a bookmark if it sounds fun! 1. Jiang Tian is a top student. When his other top-student friends are invited to join intensive summer programs at prestigious universities, he receives an invitation too. He only wants to have a happy, complete childhood and has no plans to attend. But he's interested in comparing problem-solving techniques with other top students, so he scans the QR code on the invitation and joins the group chat. Then he sees: [The Sword Is My Wife]: Swords are controlled weapons and can't be brought on the high-speed train. I can't get through security! My flying-sword license hasn't come through yet! [Pride of the Nation]: Quick question: do I bring my own corpse for corpse-driving, or will the summer camp provide one? Surely they won't expect me to kill someone on the spot? My dissection skills aren't great yet. This is a headache. [Earth Root, Not Dirt]: Is anyone in Yanjing? Can someone come rescue me at Cloud Mountain? I accidentally got stuck underground while using earth-digging magic. [I'm From Shu, Not Scared of Mountains]: First time in the capital, and I'm pretty excited. If I'm riding a giant panda, should I use the motor-vehicle lane or the non-motor-vehicle lane? [International Student Monk]: Help! Customs security insists I drink some corpse-dissolving water. What do I do? Urgent! Jiang Tian: ...? 2. At first, Jiang Tian thinks these group members are just role-playing. Later, he realizes that they all wholeheartedly believe in their identities, and that each of them follows a coherent system of cultivation with its own methods. Without a word, Jiang Tian packs his bags. “I wouldn't go to an ordinary summer camp, but this one is so absurd I absolutely have to go.” 3. Some time later Jiang Tian: I was careless. I didn't think cultivation was real. * Role-playing: language cosplay. Theme: May the rest of your life be joyful and carefree
