Staying Close for Survival in the Detective World

In the world of Detective Conan,

move fifty meters away from the main cast and you'll: get a fever, get hit by a car, be taken hostage, or start throwing up blood for no reason.

So Xia Renzhuxing immediately latched onto the leg of the absolute protagonist of the title Detective Conan: Conan himself.

She took every opportunity to get close to him.

Shinichi Kudo stared at her with dead fish eyes. "Heh. If I couldn't hear her thoughts, I might have called the police by now."

But one day, when he strolled out of school, waiting for someone to rush up at the school gate, scoop him up, and smother him with kisses,

the woman was nowhere to be seen.

Even worse,

she moved into the Poirot Cafe, camped out to track Amuro Tooru's work schedule, and moved in next door to him. She might as well have stormed the Black Organization's distillery and wiped out the whole organization, just so she and Amuro Tooru could spend all twenty-four hours of his shifts together.

Amuro Tooru: If I couldn't see the scrolling comments, I'd really think this was some pervert from the Black Organization sent to spy on me :)

On the rooftop, Hiro was about to take his own life. Amuro Tooru tried to stop him, but she grabbed him and held on tight.

While coughing up blood, she cursed Gin as a disgusting pervert.

Amuro Tooru: ?

Just as Hiromitsu Morofushi was about to pull the trigger,

he heard Xia Renzhuxing laugh maniacally: "I finally got that pervert Gin sent to the police station for detention!"

Gin, stuck in a script where he had to protect Xia Renzhuxing or be trapped in an endless death loop, wanted to shoot her dead.
