Do I Have to Be Wooed in the Hunter World Too?

[A rough blurb for my upcoming Western Crossover story: Is It Really Okay to Be a Cross-Species Heartthrob?] Story blurb: Ling Sheng falls ill, loses his memory, and gets bound to a romance System. He must complete missions to regain his health and memories. System: [Please choose your target, Host. 1. A farmer who loves cultivating little apples. 2. A leader who loves collecting treasures and reading. 3. A black-haired, long-haired older brother who’s a siscon and loves money.] Ling Sheng closes his eyes and chooses 1. It doesn’t take long for Ling Sheng to realize that Target One isn’t a good choice. He has a strange, unpredictable personality. Ling Sheng not only has to meet Target One’s expectations as he grows up, but also get along with him in bed. After getting up from Target One’s bed, Ling Sheng looks at the unchanged affection score and realizes he doesn’t feel all that eager to get his memories back anymore. Fortunately, he still has other chances. Target Two wears a slicked-back hairstyle that doesn’t suit Ling Sheng’s taste at all, yet looks at him with almost tender eyes, as though he were an obsession he’d been searching for over many years. “Brother, I finally... finally found you.” He says all that, but the affection score doesn’t budge at all. Could this be a stand-in plot this time? Target Three is an assassin who’s obsessed with money. “How can I make Target Three fall for me?” Ling Sheng wonders anxiously. System: [Why don’t we steal his mission target? That’ll definitely get his heart racing.] Indeed, his heart races. With murderous intent. Ling Sheng also fails to notice the brief glimmer in Target Three’s lifeless catlike eyes when he sees him. Just as expected, the affection score still doesn’t change. 2. Ling Sheng knows he has forgotten a lot. Every so often, strange beeping sounds ring in his mind, but they soon disappear. “It was all bad stuff.” The young man, who looks pure and fresh-faced, wraps an arm around his waist. His dark eyes are fathomless, filled with obsessive, twisted love, but his voice is exceptionally gentle. “It’s better that you forgot, Brother.” The magician clings to him, damp and sticky. His mind is a blur from his amnesia, and he hears the magician chuckle in his ear, cloying and lingering. “Sweet... sweet little apple, the sweet apple who will stay by my side forever.” “Mom prepared a wedding dress.” The long-haired assassin looks at him with his lifeless, pitch-black catlike eyes and holds a spotless white wedding dress against him. “Do you like dresses? You do, right? You really like them, don’t you? After all, you were wearing a dress when we first met...” [Hiss... romance... memories...] That strange voice sounds in his mind again, only to vanish the instant the young man takes hold of his wrist. What he forgot... must have been something very important. Reader’s Guide: 1. OOC, irresistible-to-everyone protagonist, lots of one-sided love, everyone x protagonist. 2. Not an RPG; the ending is undecided. 3. A classic, melodramatic romance story combining a frail protagonist, forced love, amnesia, and a rivalry between suitors. The focus is on romance, with little plot. Upcoming story: Is It Really Okay to Be a Cross-Species Heartthrob? (Western Crossover) Blurb: [I’ll think about how to write the blurb later. The title is so hard to come up with, so here’s a placeholder for now.] After a car accident, Qiao Man loses a large part of his memory and gets bound to a mysterious System. He must do good deeds to earn life points and stay alive. 1. Transformers A human suspected of having come to Earth appears on Cybertron. He has lost his memories and may be trying to return to where he belongs. But Cybertron is in the middle of a civil war, and he has no way to make his needs known. [The Lord of the Rings] A beautiful young man with black hair and pale skin lives in the One Ring. No one knows whether he is human or ghost. [Superheroes and Supervillains] He’s an ordinary person, yet he still tries to stop the Joker from committing crimes in Gotham. But doesn’t Gotham already have a Batman to protect justice? [Possibly a Horror Movie Collection] After leaving Raccoon City, does he really have to go to Silent Hill? [Possibly a Crime Movie Collection] Reader’s Guide: 1. Irresistible-to-everyone protagonist, everyone x protagonist, saintly protagonist. Be aware: the protagonist is a weak recipient! 2. Naturally, a heartthrob story comes with plenty of OOC. The settings are only backdrops, and the plot has nothing to do with the original works. Theme: Only by becoming strong can you stop people from threatening you.
