[Crossover] Falling in Love with Mycroft

At the Secret Intelligence Bureau, a "mysterious young lady" is kept under the same level of surveillance as Mr. Sherlock Holmes Jr. Unlike him, she never puts up a fight, so the agents all like her. She never refuses to let them watch, follow, or disguise themselves around her.

During one routine surveillance shift, an agent dozing in front of the monitor suddenly snapped awake. If his eyes weren't playing tricks on him, wasn't the man embracing the "mysterious young lady" his own boss?

At first, Lin Mo only wanted to complete a romance route.

Later, Lin Mo gave up on that target.

"Mr. Holmes, what you're asking of me isn't worth the benefits you can offer. You're my mission target, but I still have the right to refuse this assignment."

40. His confession had earned only 40 affection points.

Lin Mo thought she no longer needed to agonize over her own hazy feelings. He had already made the choice for her.

Much later, after learning the truth, Lin Mo said, "If I tell you it wasn't on purpose, will you believe me?"

Love is born when irrationality takes the reins. But Holmes will always put reason first.

Mycroft had been sure of it.

Until the day the girl he liked sat in his arms, smiling brightly as she told him his affection score with her was only 40.

Only then did he realize that reason depends on the person.
