[Classics and Harry Potter] My Roommate Later Became My Sister-in-Law

The moment Lin Qi passed out after pulling an all-nighter in the lab, she genuinely regretted collapsing just before the dawn of her PhD graduation.

But fate loves to mess with diligent overachievers. She studied hard and spent six straight years outdoing Hermione to become top of her class, only to fall in the final battle to a flash of green light from that noseless villain.

Perhaps even Merlin couldn't stand to see such an unlucky overachiever, so he gave her another chance.

This time, she's the fourth Bennet daughter, the unremarkable Catherine Bennet, who barely appears in the original story.

Going from the 21st century to the 20th and finally to the 19th century is one thing. Over the years, she's gradually gotten used to life without the internet or food delivery.

Being Elizabeth Bennet's sister and still having magic, getting an offer from Hogwarts delivered by owl at age eleven, and having Dumbledore, her previous life's headmaster, as a classmate... She can accept all that.

But why, when she goes to university, is her roommate Sherlock Holmes?

Sherlock Holmes + Pride and Prejudice + Harry Potter

Multiple transmigrations, with Sherlock Holmes and Pride and Prejudice combined into one setting, in the late Victorian and early Edwardian period (around the 1900s)

Pairing: Mycroft Holmes

Please add it to your collection!!! Unless something unexpected happens, I'm writing this for love. I'll update slowly and sporadically, with a plan to keep it going. Your love is what keeps me motivated, sob. Please support me (just kidding).

This is a writing exercise with an outrageous number of personal interpretations. If you're easily bothered by those or like nitpicking, please close it now. I don't accept harsh or strange writing advice.
