Blurb
Jiang Yao is the toughest bodyguard around, and she has two defining traits: first, she's beautiful; second, she's incredibly good at fighting.
With those two things going for her, life has always been smooth sailing. But her peaceful existence is thrown into disarray after she reads a period novel.
She transmigrates into the role of a minor character in the book. Though she's the stepdaughter of a wealthy businessman, she's kicked out of the house. Her mother's sacrifices are taken for granted, and when she dies, she doesn't even get a gravestone.
The heroine is her older sister, who is reborn and turns evil, cutting down anyone in her path.
The original Jiang Yao works hard to get a job at a newspaper, only to be ostracized by her coworkers because of one thing her sister says.
Facing criminals who might kill her? Leave it to her.
The sales of pinhole cameras have suddenly surged, and someone needs to go undercover? Leave it to her.
A devastating mudslide strikes the southwest, with a high death toll and extreme danger? Leave it to her.
Everyone is waiting to see Jiang Yao make a fool of herself. What they don't know is that she's bound to the Evidence System. Not only can it pinpoint the location of physical evidence, she can also talk to it.
A shirt stained with the victim's blood: “I swear to defend my owner with my life. He absolutely isn't the killer! Blood? That's not blood, it's my tears!”
A pinhole camera bearing a suspect's fingerprints: “I was once a triumph of science, but now I'm being used for evil. I condemn such behavior... Don't delete those long legs!”
Jiang Yao: “You little pieces of evidence, still trying to run away?”

Nan Hui is a newly graduated criminal police officer with a dream and a firm commitment to principles. Specifically:
When Jiang Yao beats up a vicious criminal, Nan Hui's ears are blocked. He can't hear a thing.
When Jiang Yao threatens and bribes a thug, Nan Hui's eyes hurt. He's blind for half the day.
When Jiang Yao tells him to call her Big Sister, Nan Hui says, “No way! I absolutely will not!”
Their other coworkers can't stand it anymore. “Nan Hui, Jiang Yao is five years older than you. You two aren't suited for each other.”
Nan Hui: “Four years!”
Coworker: “?”
Nan Hui: “And five months.”
Coworker: “?”
Nan Hui: “And three days...”
Coworker: “Get lost!”

Four new recruits arrive at the Qishan Police Station in Huangyan District.
Rich kid Fu Yesheng has money to burn. He voluntarily offers a kidnapper two hundred thousand yuan in exchange for releasing the hostage.
Straight-talking champion Zhou Jin is a chatterbox. He lectures a chicken thief about turning over a new leaf until the thief gets so discouraged he shuts down.
The only woman, Mu Xi, seems normal, but then she turns around and starts acting like the criminal is her sworn brother.
Only top student Lin Shuyan is obedient and knows the rules, which comes as a great relief to the station chief... Wait, you can't buddy up with a criminal!
Station chief: “Not one of these troublemakers is any good!”
What the station chief doesn't realize is that it's not just the new troublemakers who are outrageous. The cases they handle are even more ridiculous.
① Someone reports: “A dozen huge guys have cornered me! Help!”
The case reaches the station chief. It's serious and malicious, and the perpetrators must be caught and punished!
Mu Xi arrives at the scene and finds a dozen burly criminal police officers.
“Hey, we came here for a meeting and we're staying at this hotel. He barged in to steal our stuff.”
② A man sobs uncontrollably: “I love her! I really love her! I can't live without her! She's my whole world!”
The man's devotion is so moving that Mu Xi wants to help.
The woman explains: “He really is devoted, and I'm touched, but... he didn't pay for the fried chicken he bought. Could you make him give me the money?”
③ A teenage boy threatens to jump off a building, claiming that he's the culprit behind the recent murders on rainy nights.
The boy: “I caught her and killed her! I grabbed a knife and hacked away! I hacked her to bits, then went home!”
A voice from the crowd watching the commotion shouts, “Bullshit! I'm not that stupid!”
The scene goes quiet for ten seconds.
Station chief, voice cracking: “Arrest him! Go arrest him!”
Before working at the police station, Mu Xi thought she'd be dedicating herself to serving the people and the nation.
After starting work at the station, she finds herself dealing with petty squabbles and utter chaos.

After transmigrating to the nineties, Mu Xi learns that her family has already betrothed her to a criminal police officer in the neighboring city.
They say he's arrogant and uncouth.
Mu Xi makes an agreement with him by letter: they'll marry, but won't fall in love, and they'll divorce once their elders are settled.
After that, Mu Xi never hears from him again.
Then, one day, a case breaks out in her jurisdiction. While waiting for the criminal police to arrive, Mu Xi boasts, “Hardworking, capable, beautiful as a flower, widowed and living the dream.”
Standing right behind her is the criminal police captain, reputed to be the most handsome man in the force and to have the highest case-solving rate.
One of his officers asks, “Captain, what should we do now?”
The captain replies without expression, “First, prepare a coffin for me.”
Mu Xi: “...”
Slice of life & marriage first, love later & criminal cases
Theme: Be a good journalist
Fu Xiaoyang is really~his mother doesn't love him that much either
The biggest shortcoming of this article is that it is too short.
It's good, but it's a little short and not enough to watch.
Ahhhh? Finished? When I saw the end, I thought it was the end of the case, but it turned out to be the end of the whole story.
Since the old lady is so interested in continuing the family line, why is Yu Kehui working so hard to make the family fortune bigger and stronger? If she is smarter, she should secretly sell the company short and start a new one, destroy the family fortune and see who she wants to inherit.
Okay, this book is kind of over... Are you doing some exercises?
I feel like Jiang Yun's father is abnormal
