Corpse Management in the 1970s

Jiang Ning was a forensic pathologist from the 21st century, and when she first transmigrated to the 1970s, she had a hard time adjusting.

The technology was backward and the equipment was poor. The only thing she could rely on was her scalpel.

But things soon changed.

Whenever she raised her scalpel, floating comments appeared above the corpse...

"Don't touch my ticklish spot... Huh, I can't feel ticklish anymore!"

"I bought that knife. It was so expensive. The killer got a bargain."

"If I'd knitted him a sweater sooner, would he not have killed me...?"

"Hey, you're stepping on my foot!"

Jiang Ning: "..."

Autopsies call for silence.

The corpses were even chattier than she was.

Jiang Ning only wanted to shine in the field of forensic pathology.

Unfortunately, the corpses wouldn't let her.

Today: "The killer is a local and speaks the dialect!"

Tomorrow: "He likes eating leek pies."

The day after: "The killer is a little prince of love songs!"

With clues like these, Jiang Ning had no choice but to head to the criminal investigation team every day.

The detectives followed her clues and caught the culprits, every single time.

In the first month, they solved every cold case.

In the second month, detectives from all over the country came to borrow her.

In the third month, the criminal investigation squad added a new rule: corpses were forbidden from entering.

The forensic pathologist solved case after case and was praised again and again.

The detectives were on the verge of tears.

Forensic pathologists are supposed to just perform autopsies!!
