The Game's Biggest Cheat Is Actually Me

This is an era where games reign supreme, and veteran player Zhu Qi is a top player across all kinds of games.

He has cleared countless games. Then one day, tired of his max-level accounts, their power, and their influence, he decides to start over with an alt.

But when he chooses a random identity for the thrill of it, something goes wrong, and he becomes an insignificant NPC in a number of different games.

Zhu Qi: ...

The good news is that the quests are simple and safe. The bad news is that he can only talk to players, and he's become a bound spirit who can't leave his workplace.

Zhu Qi: Damn it!

But at last, his monotonous days come to an end. One day, he finally sees a familiar System screen.

Overcome with gratitude, he looks at the romance options screen and the familiar affection meter, thinking that he can finally leave this awful place!

But that sparkling gold ID looks kind of familiar??? Isn't that his main account, his secret identity?!

The player named [Zhu Yu] is a hugely popular expert. They say there's no dungeon he can't clear.

Even the new high-difficulty "SSS"-rank quests added to various games, he can find a way to beat.

So whenever other players see him traveling with an unbeatably powerful dungeon boss, who gives him special treatment and acts as his bodyguard, they're all incredibly jealous.

Other players: Sob, we want to be treated like that too!

Zhu Yu: What is this? A dungeon boss with max affection from the start?

Zhu Qi: What is this?! That's the kid I raised myself! You account-stealing dog, take this!

[Note:]

A player (Zhu Yu) with every possible golden finger x a character who's written as an NPC but is actually a dungeon boss (Zhu Qi)

An unconventional kind of self-love. Zhu Qi carefully raised his account (the player), and its looks, background, and abilities are everything he wants and envies, so falling in love with another version of himself is as easy as drinking water!

Apparently, game data awakened to consciousness, and their love for each other was code written into the data all along.
