Teyvat Has a Seven-Day Weekend Too

After ascending to godhood in Penacony, Sunday was the first to fall in the gods' war that came soon after.

As an Aeon, he used the last of his strength to answer one final wish.

The universe lost a path of Order, but in Teyvat, a remnant soul was reborn in a puppet's body.

--

In repayment for being allowed to use the body, Sunday noticed the puppet's wish to become a god and chose to grant it in his capacity as a god.

But the puppet didn't see it that way. The Fatui Harbinger Scaramouche was simply annoyed by the being who had inexplicably taken over and controlled his body.

The two shared one body and often disagreed, which seemed bizarre to everyone else.

At first, everyone wondered if the Sixth Harbinger had split personalities, since he was always putting on a show of having two.

Later, everyone was shocked because the Sixth Harbinger really did become a god, and announced that he would give his people seven days off each week.

--

It wasn't until the Astral Express arrived that the two, with the help of the Aeon Akivili, realized their fates had become misaligned.

Thrown into other worlds, they saw other possibilities in which they had failed to become gods but found places of their own.

And the people in those other worlds wondered: Wait, we worked so hard to clear the game before you became gods. How is there still a second round on hell difficulty?

--

Prayers to the gods can all come true, but what if the ones being prayed to are the gods themselves?

Scaramouche protested through gritted teeth: "You're an Aeon now. How can you still not separate the two of us?"

Sunday smiled and shot back: "You're the Electro Archon now. Why can't you separate the two of us, either?"

Only when fate finally separated them did the two at last meet for the first time.

2. Both of them successfully ascended to godhood! They have similarities, so this is an alternate-universe story that lets them fulfill their wishes.

3. In Teyvat, Sunday shares Scaramouche's body. In the Honkai: Star Rail arc, Scaramouche shares Sunday's body. They will be separated later in the story.

4. The two will visit the original work, so there will be two Scaramouches or two Sundays.

5. Click to see a puppet with ear feathers and a halo, plus a sharp-tongued, caustic Sunday!
