The World-Destroying Villain, but Unmotivated

Blurb:

Ling Su, the great villain with the power to destroy the world, officially retired after destroying it for the eighth time. Just as he was about to lie flat and take it easy, he was forced to bind himself to the Villain System.

Villain System: Host, let's slaughter our way through the whole world together, hehehe!

Ling Su lies flat on the spot: Retired. Do not bother me.

The reborn protagonist: The villain Ling Su will bring about a terrifying apocalypse. I have to take him out first!

The protagonist makes careful plans, setting a trap and waiting for Ling Su to walk right into it.

Day one: Ling Su doesn't show up.

Protagonist: He must be up to some kind of scheme.

Day two: Ling Su doesn't show up.

Protagonist: He must be secretly causing trouble somewhere else!

Day three: Ling Su doesn't show up.

Protagonist: Something must have delayed him!

...Day N: Ling Su doesn't show up.

Protagonist: Damn it, did he die on his way here?!

Ling Su, who thinks he's been busy with all sorts of things and is worn out from it: I'm on vacation. Do not bother me.

After the protagonist is reborn, one supporting character after another awakens, and they all turn their sights on Ling Su!

Protagonist: Sweep him with the laser cannon! Kill that bastard!

Second male lead: Incoming mini-rocket!

Third male lead: Conventional weapons won't work on you, so I might as well confess that I, too, have mastered a set of boxing techniques!

Surrounded by the protagonist's group, who are unleashing their biggest attacks right in his face, Ling Su falls silent for a moment, then can't help blowing a breath at them.

One second later, the stars fall, the Earth explodes, and the world is destroyed.

Premise: A peaceful and beautiful world
