About to Kill

Blurb:

Chen Xu is the student council president at A University. He's handsome, cool, and aloof, and comes from a powerful family. He's the quintessential child of destiny.

Leng Chuan is an ordinary college student. He's lived with Chen Xu for two years, yet they're still no more than polite acquaintances. In short, they don't know each other.

One is like the bright moon in the sky, the other like the everyday world.

They run along parallel lines, never intersecting.

Then one day, news that Chen Xu had suddenly jumped from a building and died on the spot shocked the entire school.

Studying in the library, Leng Chuan was surprised for two seconds, then calmly went back to organizing his notes.

Twenty-four hours later, the clock tower broke down. The pendulum stopped, and the hands froze at a certain time.

Leng Chuan suddenly realized that he was trapped on the day Chen Xu died.

Character dynamics: outwardly warm but inwardly cold and indifferent seme (Leng Chuan) x aloof, depressed campus heartthrob uke (Chen Xu)

Content warning: Not scary, not complicated, and both characters save each other.
