Protagonist characterization is my biggest deal-breaker, even more than side-character characterization. Five stars: beautifully written, protagonist-centered stories. Four stars: more balanced ensemble casts. Three stars: minor issues. Two stars: proceed with caution.

A Sweet Little Treat
I prefer CPs where the bottom is more submissive. I love strong mutual attraction, and I prefer romance arcs without angst, especially when the top pursues the bottom. If the bottom pursues the top, the top still needs to return those feelings. Even if they don't fall in love, neither character should suffer too much.
