My new novel, The Transmigrated Beauty Who Became the First Emperor's Beloved Consort, is now available. Check it out in my author page if you're interested, and please add it to your collection. Thank you!
Yu Xian is hypocritical, timid, spoiled, cunning, and exquisitely self-serving. Apart from her beautiful face, she seems to have nothing going for her.
After falling into the water, she transmigrates to the end of the Qin dynasty and happens to be rescued by Xiang Yu, who is passing by.
But Yu Xian has nowhere to go for now and no way to earn a living, so she hides her true nature, acts obedient, and clings to her lifesaver.
He speaks with particular disdain. “The only thing you have going for you is that face. If you want to follow me, stay and be my concubine.”
Be his second wife? How could she put up with that?
At the time, the Conqueror of Western Chu is serving as a deputy general under his uncle Xiang Liang. He has been ordered to inspect the counties, and despite his young age, he already commands troops and holds immense power.
She can't afford to antagonize him, so she puts up with it.
But she never expected that from then on, she wouldn't get a moment's peace at night.
She regrets it. “I can't take it anymore.”
She has to escape!
-
Yu Xian knows that the Conqueror, Xiang Yu, will lose at Wu River and kill himself, and that Consort Yu will follow him in death.
And she happens to share Consort Yu's surname.
Yu Xian doesn't want to become Consort Yu, nor does she want to die without a whole corpse. Most importantly, she really can't take what happens in bed. She has to make a run for it.
So she runs, only for him to find her again.
The rain is pouring that day. Through the curtain of rain, the Conqueror of Western Chu sits astride his horse, looking down at her.
He's so furious he could go mad, but his face is calm and unruffled. “If you want to leave me, you can just say so. I won't force you to stay.”
Yu Xian says petulantly, “Then I'm leaving.”
Xiang Yu really doesn't stop her. He only watches her coldly.
Looking at the bandits' corpses scattered on the ground, she figures she'd die even faster on her own, and loses her nerve. She turns back and finds herself an excuse. “My lord, the rain is too heavy. I'm afraid I can't leave today.”
Xiang Yu scoffs. “What do you think this place is? You think you can come and go whenever you like?”
Yu Xian: “Huh?”
He pulls her onto his horse, his gaze dark. “You'll pay the price.” The price for making him search for her desperately, day and night.

When Xiang Yu first finds Yu Xian, he thinks she's just a pretty young woman, timid and afraid of death, too scared to contradict him.
But he never expects that after drinking, she turns utterly fearless and declares that life with him is too stifling, and that she's going to get revenge.
She normally fears him to death, but when drunk, she dares to bare her sharp teeth and bite him until he's covered in wounds.
She even takes the chance to step on his face, grind her toe against his Adam's apple, and insult him.
She even dares to sit on his face and order him to serve her...
But once she sobers up, she remembers nothing and goes back to being soft and meek, asking him with an aggrieved expression, “What did I do wrong? Why are you looking at me so terrifyingly, General?”
Xiang Yu: “...” Heh. So all that sweet obedience was an act. The drunk version is her real nature.
He never expects that in the end, Yu Xian will be bold enough to dump him and run off with her little bundle, without a care in the world.
He can tolerate anything from her, but letting her leave is out of the question.

Reading Guide: Romance-focused, not a strong heroine story, with a little nation-building. Some characters have unrequited feelings for the heroine; everyone who likes her is inexperienced. Happy ending.

.
Gu Mi has a delicate, pitiful look and a pretty little face that's incredibly deceptive. She seems timid and weak, but in truth she never lets an offense go unpunished.
When she first transmigrates to Qin, she is alone and helpless. Someone uses her as an offering to curry favor with the king, drugs her, and sends her to the King of Qin's bed.
She is furious.
The King of Qin is Ying Zheng, the future ruler who will sweep across the Six States and become the First Emperor through the ages!
Scheming against him? She'd have to be out of her mind!
That night, the young king returns to Qinian Palace after drinking. Seeing Gu Mi on the couch in nothing but a silk undergarment, he is indeed enraged at having been set up and raises his sword to kill her.
Gu Mi is terrified that the tyrant will kill her with one stroke. She immediately throws herself forward, grabs his robe, and pleads through teary eyes, “Great King, don't kill me. I'm useful to you!”
Ying Zheng glances at the hair falling from the edge of his sword, then replies unconcernedly, “Oh? Let's hear it.”
She doesn't dare hold anything back. “I can make salt, white as snow and no longer bitter. I can fire bricks that are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and more durable. I can also improve farm tools, brew alcohol, make paper... I'm very useful.”
Ying Zheng is somewhat intrigued, but teases her. “That does sound interesting. But if you're really so useful, why did everyone only see your face?”
Gu Mi looks bewildered. “They never gave me a chance to explain.”
Ying Zheng: “...”
Seeing that his murderous intent has faded, Gu Mi dares to suggest, “If Your Majesty thinks I'm a little useful, could you first help me get rid of the drug in my system?”
...Drug? What drug?
He glances at her. “Still want to die?”
Afterward, Gu Mi remains in Qinian Palace openly as one of the King of Qin's consorts.
She nervously pretends to be obedient and scrapes out a living beside the future First Emperor, secretly sharpening her knife to take revenge on her enemies, and pondering how to get home.
Later, Qin wins the hearts of the people of the Six States with abundant harvests, and opens the way to a lasting empire with roads and waterways. It brings the southern lands under its rule, drives out the Xiongnu, and its power resounds across the world.
When the nations come to pay tribute, the First Emperor has only been ruling in his own right for a few years. His exceptional talent and ambition have barely begun to show.
With her remarkable skills, Gu Mi also becomes the apple of the king's eye, achieving a position second only to him and above all others: The Outcast.
The First Emperor's methods grow increasingly ruthless, and his authority ever greater. Gu Mi serves him with utmost care, and her desire to go home grows stronger by the day.
On an otherwise ordinary rainy night, as Ying Zheng's suspicions about her mount, Gu Mi's identity as a transmigrator is finally exposed. Even more shocking to Ying Zheng is learning that she's been trying to figure out how to go home.
Heh. Trying to run?
Lightning flashes across the king's cold face. He carries her, completely unaware, and throws her onto the bed. Then he leans over her and smiles icily. “What else have you been hiding from me, my lady?”
Gu Mi curls into a ball, frowning as she racks her brains. She's even drawn him a map of the world, so after a long while she finally answers, looking aggrieved. “I don't have an elixir of immortality.”
Ying Zheng: “...”
This cold-hearted woman! Who asked about that?
Reading Guide: She transmigrates into her body. Both leads are inexperienced. One-on-one.

Theme: Live well and love yourself
This trend is really becoming more and more incomprehensible to me. It can't be BE.
Why why why did it end like this? I thought there would be some kind of change in history, and then I started a career. Although it looks good, it's really a little sad 😂 😂
Oh my god, it's HE, right? Right? Why do you feel like you are still being pushed towards the end of history 😭 😭
So what did Xiang Yu write on the Kongming Lantern in Chapter 94? Can anyone answer this?
Finished watching, looking forward to the extra episode 🌈🌈 By the way, I have a small suggestion~ The author can consider changing the title of the article, and see if the concubine is changed to the queen or something else. On the one hand, some readers don't like the heroine as a concubine, so they may not click in. Secondly, I heard that changing the title of the novel after it is finished can prevent theft~
Ah? You're not going back in time, are you?
Can Han Xin be allowed to meet them again? It's rare to find such an unflattering male lead
Didn't I order everything? Why can't I give points? Full marks! 🤩🤩🤩
These two people have a physical liking for each other's body. I can read another hundred chapters. It's so good 😆 🎆 🎆
Yesterday tied the knot and it ended today [Hold your cheeks], no extras, it feels like there is still a lot of daily life [Hold your cheeks]
