Those Years I Spent Planting Trees in the Ninja World

[This story will be available for purchase on September 4, 2025. A huge update will be released then. Thank you so much for your support.] After transmigrating, Qianshou Zhuye devoted himself to planting trees, convinced that the way home lay among them. During this time, he swore brotherhood with a younger sworn brother. His sworn brother wore a white robe patterned with black tomoe. His eyes could turn red, with black tomoe spinning inside them. His father rejected and distrusted him, leaving him lost and despondent, so he often came to Zhuye for comfort and advice. All Zhuye could do was be there for him as an older brother, offer reassurance, and support his wishes and goals unconditionally. Later, his sworn brother died for his ideals. The saplings Zhuye had planted finally grew up and bore fruit, and people claiming to be from Konohagakure came to his door. They said he was a pure-blooded orphan of the Senju clan who had been raised outside the village. He thought he had the script for a farming story with superpowers, but it turned out to be a farming story in a supernatural village. The people in our village are so trendy. The Konoha shinobi enthusiastically escorted this brand-new Wood Release user back to Konoha. As soon as he returned to Konoha, Qianshou Zhuye spotted the sneaky chicken-beater in Uchiha clan clothes. Their eyes met So he wasn't the only one who'd transmigrated! The two reunited, quickly caught up and shared what had happened to them. In summary: things were going pretty well, so there was no need to worry. Qianshou Zhuye had a constitution that attracted Uchiha. Uchiha Shanma had a constitution that attracted brother-complexes. Together, they made an unbeatable team, to the delight of everyone who shipped them with the same person. So the Uchiha brothers were: [Overjoyed] [They’re locked in] [The key has melted]. Let's make a good life together; that's what matters most.jpg The First Hokage's granddaughter: Hey, you two?! Put that Senju down! He's the last one in our family!!! Their peaceful daily life didn't last long. Qianshou Zhuye discovered that he was being targeted by an old geezer in Konoha's dark underbelly. Qianshou Zhuye: I think the Root leader has his eye on me. I'd better be careful. Uchiha Shanma: What?! He's watching you?! That old geezer dares to target you?! Without a word, Uchiha Shanma found the old geezer and laid into him with a devastating barrage of slaps. Qianshou Zhuye: Good grief. That sneaky chicken-beater really can't be stopped. The Uchiha brother-complex crew: As expected of Big Brother Shanma! He did what none of us could! What a thrill, what a legend! Great job! And so the Root leader was sent to the ICU and forced to lie flat. The Root leader: I'll never forgive him! Those naturally evil Uchiha only know how to solve problems with violence! Then every Root member he sent after them was also slapped straight into the ICU. The Third Hokage: (Smacking his pipe) What a simple, elegant solution. A few slaps, and your whole Root is uprooted. The Root leader: … The Third Hokage: (Smoking pensively) Maybe you should just let it go. Uchiha Shanma's slaps are not only powerful, but deeply humiliating. Worst of all, he could beat you to death, but leaves you alive so he can slap you again next time. The Root leader: I won't The Third Hokage: Uchiha Shanma is standing guard outside the hospital every day now, holding the Gunbai fan. Nobody can stop him. The Root leader:, have to put up with him for now! The Third Hokage: My old friend, your eyes are remarkably clear now. For Qianshou Zhuye, there was nothing that planting a tree couldn't solve. His sworn brother died? Plant him, and in a hundred years you'll harvest a Momotaro-style sworn brother. Obito died? Plant him, and next year you'll harvest a white-radish-style Obito. Qianshou Zhuye: As long as you water them with love, there's no tree that won't grow. Uchiha Shanma: I know it's true, but hearing you, this emotionless, expressionless guy, say something about love is really not very convincing. Qianshou Zhuye: I love you. Uchiha Shanma: I-I love you too… You don't have to say things that are completely unnecessary. It's embarrassing… Qianshou Zhuye: You believed me. Uchiha Shanma: Because it's the truth!!! The truth, you dense, clueless airhead! Qianshou Zhuye: I only need the people who love me to believe me. Uchiha Shanma: …Hmph. You're impossible to deal with. The Konoha brother-complex/friendship group: As expected of Big Brothers Zhuye and Shanma! They so easily said what the rest of us couldn't! [Before you read] 1. The two leads have a platonic relationship, bound by pure friendship. One is a short-tempered Uchiha who believes in solving problems with a fight; the other is an emotionless Senju who loves planting trees. 2. Uchiha Shanma's slap attacks and Qianshou Zhuye's tree-planting are both concept-level powers. They both have older-brother and younger-brother-complex tendencies. 3. The two will travel all over. The main story will visit parallel worlds based on the original series, and the extras will take them to dance with Touken Ranbu and watch the action in the Detective Conan world. 4. A lighthearted, silly happy ending, with no Uchiha clan massacre. Theme: Follow your own heart before thinking about anything else
