Qi Lingshan

Xiaoman always thought she was a steamed bun spirit, so she lived humbly and cautiously in the world.

Then she met the renowned demon hunter of Dongyuan.

She fell in love with him at first sight, yet feared becoming his captive, trapped inside a bottle.

But her arrival brought a sudden radiance to Qiling Mountain, the greatest cultivation ground in Dongyuan.

The demon hunter told her that she might be the one destined to inherit the Heavenly Dao.

How could a steamed bun be the Heavenly Dao? She couldn't believe it.

She followed the demon hunter to uncover her true identity.

Only then did she discover that the celestial light within her had been bestowed by her beloved in her previous life, who had given up everything for her.

Her former lover sealed away his talent and cultivation for her,

then reincarnated as a lowly demon hunter

and protected her all along.

And her identity seemed to be far more complicated than that.
