The Star Religious Leader Also Wants to Keep a Low Profile Today

Gods are born from people's wishes. As long as people have faith, the gods will not disappear.

Divine weapons are formed from the dead. They are the gods' attendants, and were once human.

I am a god born from the Panxing Cult's faith in Tengen, and I protect the peace of the world.

The boy was kind and gentle, with a strong sense of justice. He stood up for the weak and fought the strong.

He said that after he died, he would become my divine weapon and stay by my side to protect me.

I teased him, saying he was too young to say such things.

But my heart continued to race long after that night.

When we met again, he had become the leader of the Panxing Cult, lingering by my shrine.

In his twenties, he had become one of the dead.

The boy was always thinking.

When a jujutsu sorcerer reaches the end of the road, all they see upon looking back are the corpses of their companions.

Who are they fighting for? Who are they sacrificing themselves for?

Unless he figured this out, he would lose all reason to keep going.

The god said, May all people be protected, happy, and safe.

The light of the god fell upon the boy.

He lived by his convictions and protected ordinary people.

But the boy was not a god. He could not love foolish humanity, nor could he become her.

Those foolish humans destroyed her shrine and killed the god.

He could find her nowhere.

He had promised to become her divine weapon after he died.

In this world, the meaning of life, the meaning of death: nothing existed anymore.

At last, he understood.

The god loves all people. It is enough that I love you.

He stayed by that shrine, waiting through countless days and nights.

[For you, with nowhere to go and no way to pass on, I offer a place to return to]

[My name is Gong Deng. I have received the honored name. I will remain here]

At last, he waited long enough to see her again.

★ A crossover with Noragami, incorporating the Jujutsu Kaisen setting. Overall, it's a fairly healing story~

Theme: Making peace with yourself.
