The Girl I Once Knew

Lin Xisheng had a nightmare about a murder.

Later, while idly flipping through a dusty classmate yearbook, she suddenly realized that the victim in her nightmare was one of her primary school classmates.

Using the address and contact information in the yearbook, she found the classmate who had died in her dream.

Just as she thought it was nothing more than a nonsensical nightmare, one mystery after another began to emerge.

Perhaps the murder in her dream had really happened.

But who was the victim, and who was the real culprit?

The girl in her dream smiled brightly, but Lin Xisheng could only search for her face in the yellowed graduation album.

The girl she had once known was quiet.

She had died long ago in that frigid winter, and every story about her had been sealed away and buried with her.
