Professional Corpse Retriever

Jiang Wang makes a living by fishing corpses out of the San Du River. Every now and then, he also helps his “customers” fulfill a few simple wishes.

One day, he pulls a very different corpse from the river: a man, handsome, with long hair.

He isn't bloated, and neither his skin nor his hair has come loose. He looks so lifelike he could be mistaken for a living person.

Jiang Wang stares in a daze for a while, then calmly takes the corpse to the police station.

The next day, at the same spot on the same river, he fishes out the same person again.

Jiang Wang calls the police once more.

The third day...

The fourth day...

After a whole week of finding him again and again, Jiang Wang decides to show some respect and kicks the corpse off the boat.

The day after he kicks him overboard, the handsome, pale-faced man storms into his home, furious, and accuses him of murder.

Jiang Wang: ...

Do you want to hear yourself right now?
