In their youth, Qiu Baihua and Ming Si, the second young master of the Ming family, were rumored to have shared a rather unsavory past. Everyone in the capital had heard about it.

The second young master had always enjoyed teasing Baihua at school. His eyes seemed fixed on her, as if he couldn't see anyone else.

Their classmate, the Heir Yan, had a sudden idea: Could it be that you like Baihua?

The second young master didn't deny it, letting him broadcast the rumor everywhere like a human loudspeaker.

Wearing a crimson brocade robe, Baihua was backed against the railing, drenched in cold sweat. She made excuses for him: What happened back then was all because of rumors stirring things up, and a young man's sudden rebellious impulse. You shouldn't take it seriously.
