After I Accidentally Flirted with My High School Classmate in the Library

With final exams approaching, the library was packed.

Pei Songxin came across a post online:

[Two steps to claim any library seat

Step one: Find a seat occupied by a guy.

Step two: Hand him a note that says, "Hey, I've liked you for a long time. I hope you'll go out with me."]

Unless something unexpected happened, he would quickly pack up and leave.

Worried he might stay, Pei Songxin added a condition to the note: "If you don't want to be with me, please don't reject me outright or reply. Just leave your seat, and I'll understand ^_^"

Three years of junior high, three years of high school.

Tan Yan and Pei Songxin sat one behind the other for nearly six years.

He had been secretly in love with her for six years, too.

Looking at the elegant handwriting on the note, Tan Yan smiled. "What a coincidence. I've liked you for a long time, too."
