A man named Lu Qiannian confessed his love to Cen Yi.

Cen Yi turned him down, saying he wasn't into guys.

The next day, Lu Qiannian persisted, using the exact same words as the day before. Cen Yi thought his affection was so shallow. He couldn't even put any sincerity into his confession, not bothering to change a single word.

Cen Yi turned him down again.

But then came the third day, the fourth... and the seventh.

Every day, Lu Qiannian seemed to have forgotten what happened the day before, repeating his confession to Cen Yi with beaming cheer, word for word.

Lu Qiannian wore the exact same smile as he had the previous days, down to the very curve of his lips.

A chill ran down Cen Yi's spine.

Under the pressure, he accepted Lu Qiannian's confession on the seventh day.

Yet Lu Qiannian didn't seem happy about it.

Later on.

If someone asked Cen Yi what he regretted most,

he would say, accepting Lu Qiannian's confession.

And what did he regret least?

He would say, falling in love with Lu Qiannian.

If he'd known he'd love Lu Qiannian this much, he would have said yes the very first time Lu Qiannian confessed.

Cen Yi: You don't understand. He said he loves me.

Lu Qiannian: You don't understand. He said I'm his one and only.
