Ninja Training Simulator

[This story goes premium on July 1, with a 10,000-word update that day~]

Overwhelmed by work, you take a friend’s recommendation and buy a soothing little game about raising a child.

You fall for the child named [Sasuke] at first sight: those round eyes, that slightly spiky hair.

Ridiculously, impossibly cute!

You choose him as your little one and log in every day, eagerly showering him with gifts. You’ve sent him who knows how many tomato, wooden-fish, and rice-ball meals.

Upset because his big brother stood him up? You quickly hunt down a wild boar and send it to him.

Bullied at school because he’s too talented? You don’t hesitate to give the school bully a good thrashing.

And so your little one makes steady progress toward developing in every way: morally, intellectually, physically, socially, and aesthetically.

But can someone explain how his mood could have dropped below zero after you missed a few days of the game because of a project deadline!?

What? What? So it’s because of the night of the clan massacre?

You spend a fortune to turn back time, only to discover that this particular event can’t be avoided easily. You’ll have to go after the murderer.

[Would you like to choose [Itachi] as your child?]

With the goal of uncovering the truth, you choose him as your little one this time.

After all kinds of twists and turns and countless hardships, you finally manage to avert this special event.

But why did you suddenly enter the game world? And what’s with this affection meter, full and dark as ink…?
