The Uchiha Love-Brain Battle

Everyone thinks a love-struck person is someone who loves another madly, to the point of being willing to give everything and act like a lovesick fool.

But to Obito and Chunqi, being love-struck means abandoning their own bodies and souls, twisting themselves into every crevice of the person they love. They don't care if they end up doubting the world, changing the world, or leaving corpses everywhere.

The difference is, Obito really does have the power to do all that.

Chunqi is just an ordinary Uchiha whose biggest dream is to become the wife of the person she loves.

When Chunqi had a crush on Shisui, Obito was in love with Rin.

But it was only after both people they loved had died that Obito realized how close he and Chunqi had always been.

Then Obito started falling for Chunqi.

Pairing: Obito. Shisui and Kakashi may cause trouble along the way.

A delightful story of a complete psycho x an ultra-Japanese, devoted housewife type: a battle between two hopeless romantics.

The heroine has ordinary talent and is an ordinary ninja. She's genuinely love-struck, and because she is, the death of her unrequited love awakens her Mangekyo Sharingan, which helps keep her alive and cure her illness.

[Reader's Guide]

1. Short story, not a power fantasy, no logic, and I'm not sure if it's sweet.

2. May contain: OOC, illogic, melodrama, devoted housewives, spoiled-wife tropes, devoted-husband tropes, White Album, emotional toxicity, gravity-based powers, and all kinds of other weird traits. Readers with no squicks are advised.

3. This is a practice piece focused entirely on the romance. I'll write wherever the inspiration takes me, so if it's not to your taste, please use the button in the upper-right corner. (Bows.)

The original's timeline is a mess, so this version has a heavily altered timeline and OOC characters. Once again, expect occasional emotional toxicity.

Theme: Love helps people grow.
