Kurapika, who had suffered the massacre of his clan not long ago, came across a blind child on the streets of a small town. Her furrowed brow and helpless, bewildered expression made him stop.

She reminded him of the friend he had lost. A sudden sense of responsibility prompted him to take in the child, whose name was Toph.

He could protect her, as if making up for his regret at being unable to protect his friend.

At least, that was what he thought before he saw Toph stomp her foot and send a whole gang of thugs flying.

She turned around and raised her chin at him smugly.

The Zenin family had no place for useless people. A woman's only value was as an appendage. These ideas had shaped the first thirteen years of Zenin Naoya's life.

The Zenin family occasionally hired maids. The new maid had no sense of propriety at all. How dare she walk in front of him?

"Hey, haven't you ever learned any manners?" Zenin Naoya said, intending to teach her a lesson. But she lifted her head and "looked" at him first.

But soon, when her moves thoroughly overpowered him on the training ground, he finally realized just how wrong he was.

At eight years old, Toph's biggest worry was that her parents wouldn't let her go outside. While learning earthbending from the blind badgermoles, she got distracted for a moment and ended up in another world.

She couldn't speak the language and had no idea where she was. Most people would have been terrified, but she adapted just fine. She even made lots of friends: a Kurta clan survivor, the young master of an assassin family, and the residents of an unknown island, to name a few.

Gon: It's Whale Island!

All in all, her adventures in another world were thrilling, exciting, and incredibly fun!

[Age 15: You are banished from the Fire Nation alongside Zuko.]

[Age 16: Zuko confesses his feelings for you, while Azula tries to bring you back to the Fire Nation. The siblings turn against each other.]

After landing in the Fire Nation twice in a row, you grow tired of the same scenery. You leave the game untouched for ages before opening it again. This time, at last, you land somewhere else.

[Age 0: You are born among the Southern Water Tribe.]

[Age 3: War reaches your home, and your parents die one after another in the fighting.]

[Age 9: Your fellow tribespeople, the siblings Sokka and Katara, take good care of you as you slowly grow up.]

[Age 14: Fire Nation warships arrive in the South Pole. The army occupies the area, and you narrowly escape being captured.]

[Age 15: You meet Zuko again, and he confesses his feelings to you once more.]
