Batkid, but in Stardew Valley

Mia was recommended the hottest open-ended life simulation game of the moment, Gotham Tales.

In the game, the player leaves the 996 grind at Wayne Enterprises and inherits her father's dilapidated manor. Her father's spirit will return in the third year to evaluate the player's achievements.

The first year after inheriting the manor.

Mia went all out, rebuilding the barn, chicken coop, and cat house, and renovating Wayne Manor.

In the second year, Mia raked in money, occasionally taking a full backpack of explosives to speedrun Arkham, and lining the streets with little barrels until Gotham became a true Wayne Distillery.

At the end of the year, Mia, now a super-rich heiress, finally remembered the last item on the evaluation checklist: "Get married."

So, who should she marry? Her handsome, well-built boyfriend Dick? Her broad-chested boyfriend Jason? Her executive boyfriend Tim? Her masked boyfriend Black Mask? Or her daddy-type boyfriend Deathstroke?

After a difficult inner struggle, Mia made her choice with unwavering resolve:

Install the All-Sleep-Together mod.

She's an adult, so of course she should have them all XD!

After being hit by an Omega Beam, Bruce inexplicably became the in-game wiki for Gotham Tales.

The good news: He's alive, and he has a cheerful, optimistic daughter.

The bad news: His girl is a little too cheerful and optimistic...

When Mia treated the Joker like the village chief in a farming game, Bruce said nothing.

Mia (politely): Hello, Chief. Where are your purple underpants?

Joker: ???

When Mia treated Arkham Asylum like a mine, blasting her way in and out seven times over, Bruce said nothing.

Mia: Wow, I'm totally outmatched! (Then she pulled out 999 super bombs, ready to go.)

Nightwing: !!!

When Mia was dating nine boyfriends at once, Bruce still said nothing.

Mia: It's just a game, anyway!

Nine boyfriends: She knows something about Batman/Bruce!

On the eve of the evaluation, Bruce saw the progress bar at 99% and confidently chose "Resurrect."

So, the next day...

Bruce resurrected in a Gotham church and saw his daughter in a wedding dress, surrounded by her nine grooms, each with an ulterior motive.

"..."

The fully armed Batman had something to say.

Reader's guide:

1. Inspired by getting too into Stardew Valley. Updates follow the rankings when there are rankings, and come whenever when there aren't.

2. The male lead is undecided, but it's very likely to be Jason or Tim.

3. This novel could also be called: "I Installed the All-Sleep-Together Mod in a Farming Game and Brought My Dad Back to Life by Making Him Furious (Not Really)."

4. The timeline is the Battle for the Cowl, with lots of changes.

Theme: Stay optimistic!
