The Untouchable Beauty x The Pretty, Devoted Puppy

Gender-Bender · Male Lead's Sexual Purity · Male Lead Gets Hurt

Wan Lan is an easy woman to get close to. Gentle and witty, rational and intelligent.

It takes only three days to meet her and become her friend.

But becoming her confidant takes ten years.

And going from confidant to lover means crossing the distance of an entire planet.

Chu Yejin once thought he had made it past being her confidant and was infinitely close to becoming her lover.

He spent lavishly on her and cut off all his previous relationships. He carried her, drunk, across the whole city just to take her back to the home where she used to live.

She lay on the sofa, eyes blurred with tears, and finally reached out to him for the first time, asking for a hug.

His whole body trembled. He thought he had been granted a moment of tenderness.

The next second, she called out her late husband's name.

Only then did he realize that an enormous tomb stood before him, one he could never cross.

It held the man she had lost, her former lover. Her perfect, handsome, gentle husband, who would never return.

Chu Yejin, a top actor who won a prestigious film award at twenty-six and grew up adored by everyone, surrounded by admirers

That night, for the first time, he tasted despair.

"You can never take his place."

Writer x Actor

Always-smiling older sister x Despairing pretty puppy

A story about a pretty puppy using every means at his disposal, abandoning all dignity, and squeezing his way into his big sister's life.

He is very devoted and has absolutely no dignity. Male-lead fans, enter at your own risk.

I keep feeling like writing a gender-bender story in a modern romance setting is asking for trouble. If I change the blurb later, it'll be because I added fantasy elements and forced a genre shift. The basic premise won't change.

Blurb dated 2023-8-13. No copying or borrowing the premise.
