Has Oikawa’s Little Brother’s Homophobia Been Cured Yet?

[The point of view is unclear, and this is not a switch pairing. Please scroll down and read the guide before starting!] [The main story is complete. My new novel is now updating next door!] I'm Oikawa Rai, a severe homophobe and a hidden volleyball prodigy. I'm convinced I live in a world surrounded by gay men. [The Great King x Iwa-chan] My brother and his childhood friend, envied by everyone, have spent years bullying each other with their sickeningly sweet feelings. That's the root cause of my homophobia. [Kageyama x Hinata] Two promising volleyball players in my grade. After several failed attempts to quit the club, I was forced to witness their feelings deepen over the course of three years. [Tsukishima x Yamaguchi] They're my seatmates, one in front and one behind. Their noisy little world of two gradually drove me, a gloomy person to begin with, into complete isolation. In middle school, I quit the volleyball club and resolved never to take part in that terrifying sport again. The volleyball club is crawling with gay men! - Sugawara, one of Karasuno's two precious setters. The moment I saw him, my gaydar sorted him automatically: straight guy. Guided by the belief that a little more care and love can protect the straight-guy family, I set myself a new goal: help Sugawara-senpai survive in the volleyball club, staying perfectly straight! Before long, he seemed to understand my good intentions, and we began helping each other without a word. At the time, I still firmly believed that our friendship was as unbreakable as steel. Until the day Sugawara-senpai graduated. I was beaming with satisfaction, thinking he had passed the toughest test and would never stray down the wrong path. Then, after a brief silence, I keenly sensed something was off in his not-so-innocent gaze! Before I could make a hasty escape, I heard a voice behind me: “I like you.” “...” I fell silent. Damn gay men, how dare you toy with my feelings! Reader's Guide: 1. One-on-one pairing, OOC warning, and a balanced-pairing fan's delight. If it bothers you, please make your own escape! [Lots of IwaOi, BokuAka, KuroKen, TsukiYama, and KageHina] 2. The main story is told in third person. No one is assigned a top or bottom, and none of the couples do anything inappropriate before they reach adulthood! 3. Some settings differ from the original, and there are personal headcanons. I'm still learning about volleyball, so please go easy on me! 4. The protagonist is simply very talented. He wins every match and never loses. If you're okay with that, dive in! 5.
