From Enemies to Eternity

My new GinShin story, “The Red and Black Switch,” is starting! You can find it on my profile. I hope you'll support it! Mwah~~

During the final battle between detective Shinichi and the mysterious organization, he hit his head and, to his dismay, lost his memory.

That would've been bad enough, but before he could even think through the three important questions, “Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing?”, he ran into his sworn enemy!

A silver lining in the misfortune-

His sworn enemy had lost his memory, too.

The two amnesiacs didn't recognize each other and were minding their own business. But then the detective got himself into a huge mess.

To get out of it, the detective decided to recruit an ally.

To strengthen their friendship as quickly as possible, he suddenly had a bold idea.

Shinichi looked at the other man's bewildered, wary face and said with complete seriousness, “Darling, I'm your husband.”

His sworn enemy eyed him suspiciously. “You're lying. How come I don't remember?”

Shinichi hurried to explain. “You lost your memory. Come with me, okay?” And just like that, Shinichi found himself an ally and a meal ticket.

Even though they'd forgotten they were enemies, their life together was still lively.

His sworn enemy kept testing Shinichi. “Are you really my husband?”

Shinichi pretended to be calm. “Of course, darling.” Though he said it aloud, his heart was pounding.

As they spent time together, they gradually went from being wary of each other to relying on each other, and their feelings quietly grew warmer.

But the mastermind pulling the strings wouldn't let them off, and one problem after another came their way. Dangers arose one after another, but fortunately they were both clever and quick-witted, meeting every move with a countermove and escaping danger each time.

After a difficult struggle, they finally managed to defeat the mysterious organization. But don't think that was the end of it: life was still full of problems.

Work challenges, rumors, and all kinds of sudden crises kept them on their toes. But with mutual trust and effort, they eventually resolved every problem.

In the end, they got married and adopted a lively, adorable girl.

Their journey was bumpy, full of laughter and tears, and never short on excitement. The two of them went from sworn enemies to the loves of each other's lives.
