My Servant Is Cuchulainn

Cuchulainn once had a white moonlight, his fiancée, whom he never got to marry.

When he returned from his trials in the Land of Shadows, his fiancée and her family had already been murdered.

Cuchulainn never found the person who killed them, and he never learned why she had died.

Later, Cuchulainn became a Servant.

It had been a long time since he had remembered the white moonlight to whom he had once been betrothed.

That was, until he was summoned by his current Master.

She had the same name as his fiancée, exactly the same face, and even a remarkably similar personality.

Only then did Cuchulainn realize that he had never forgotten his fiancée.

But the woman standing before him was his Master, not the fiancée who had died long ago in the river of history!

Trying to use her as a replacement was just too pathetic!

...No, they really were too alike.

In the end, Cuchulainn completely gave up resisting. He despised himself for it, but still chose to treat his Master as a stand-in for his white moonlight.

Watching her Servant wrestle with all kinds of inner turmoil and self-loathing, the Master hesitated to speak.

She thought it over for a long time, unsure how to tell him the truth.

Could it be that...

I and your "dead" white moonlight are actually the same person?

Reader's Guide:

1. Sorry for the OOC.

(You can probably already tell from the blurb.)

2. This story exists because I wanted to write the "white moonlight stand-in is actually the real person" trope.

(I think Big Dog is surprisingly suited to this setup.)

3. At first, I wanted to write a romance with Young Dog. Later, Young Dog and Big Dog will compete on the same stage, in the classic "I'm jealous of myself" storyline.

4. Big Dog and Young Dog are the same person, so having them both is totally fine, right? .jpg

5. Young Dog is already 16. This is really not grooming!

6. Please make sure you can accept all the above warnings before reading.

Theme: That's what true love is like.
