The Temperamental Movie Queen Is Always Yelling at Me

After newcomer actress Xue Ning joined the film Paper Boat, the award-winning lead actress, Zha Xijia, kept targeting her. Whether Xue Ning tried to keep her distance or win her over, the award-winning actress seemed to hate her.

During a break, Xue Ning happily hummed a song she'd loved for years. Zha Xijia walked by and shot her a cold look.

"I never thought anyone still listened to old songs like that."

In the film, the two played close friends, laughing and fooling around at school, holding hands everywhere they went. But as soon as the director called "Cut," Zha Xijia would immediately yank her hand away as if she'd touched something filthy.

Xue Ning was happily chatting with the other actors and crew on set when Zha Xijia came over, glaring at her through clenched teeth.

"Are you here to act or socialize? How many friends have you made? Have you caught up with your number of retakes? Guess if anyone will still talk to you after they replace you because your acting is terrible."

Zha Xijia was an award-winning actress with a bad temper and enormous popularity. Xue Ning was a newly graduated beauty queen from Dongying Film Academy, and she had a following of her own. Ever since they joined the production, trending topics about their feud had never stopped. Their fans were at each other's throats, arguing online every day. The only thing they agreed on was that they never wanted to see each other again after finishing the film.

Then one day, a video posted by an ordinary user unexpectedly went viral, leaving both fan groups and the gossip-hungry bystanders speechless.

The video showed an art school campus with the nostalgic feel of bygone days. The user was filming graduation photos in front of the camera. Beneath a parasol tree in the background, two beautiful girls were kissing and embracing, completely absorbed in each other.

They were Xue Ning and Zha Xijia at eighteen.
