Mistaking a Horror Game for a Dating Sim

As a succubus, Zhifu makes a living in the modern age by livestreaming romance games, filling her stomach with the affection she earns in-game. A group of strangers show up at her door and ask her to test the full-dive game they’ve just developed. They don’t say what kind of game it is, but if they’ve asked a romance-game streamer to test it, it must be a romance game! Zhifu excitedly logs in and calls her targets “wife.” Sure, he’s wearing men’s clothes, but he’s still my wife! Every wife in the game is talented, charming, and eager to cuddle up to her. The little succubus who lives on affection has never feasted on such a lavish banquet. The researcher wife is so beautiful, but why is her lab coat always stained with blood? The dollmaker wife makes adorable dolls~ but why does someone always cry in the middle of the night? The repairman wife is so cute~ but why is there always a strange ghost in the house claiming to be her dead husband? The priest wife is noble and kind. Every time, she drools over his chaste priestly uniform, but why do strange patterns keep appearing on the church walls, and why do people keep dying? Zhifu exits the game, blushing as she fills out the game survey: Thanks for asking! My wife is so enthusiastic. Five stars, would play again! But why are the game titles so weird? *Dismembered*, *Night of the Doll’s Return*, *She Can’t See*, *Thirteen Days of Terror*? Why are the viewers screaming? A pervert? A serial killer? A cultist? A ghost in a bridal gown? Huh, what’s that? Content warnings: The heroine calls the male leads “wife,” but this isn’t a gender-bender romance; it’s a male-female romance. The heroine is carefree, a lovable fool, and great at making things up in her head. The male leads are perverted, obsessive, and bloodthirsty. Some are human, some are not, and none of them are good people, but they’re all good dogs for the heroine. About whether the male leads are virgins: Get lost, you washed-up old playboys. About whether the heroine is a virgin: She plays romance games. Let her play with as many as she wants. [Important warning! Girls will fall for the heroine in this story (not in the main romance). It could be friendship or romance, because she attracts everyone, not just men (hands together in prayer).] This story has only just started and doesn’t have many chapters yet, so I’d also like to recommend my completed stories with similar themes! They’re all infinite-flow, everyone-loves-the-heroine stories~ I think they’re fantastic! I’ve pasted the blurb below. If you’re interested, you can find them in my author’s collection~ *Pretty Little Fool* When Chu Jiaojiao was alive, everyone who knew her said, “Jiaojiao is stupid, but she sure is beautiful.” After she dies, she enters a horror-film livestream. Faced with the System’s all-E evaluation of her abilities, she and the System fall silent together. To keep her from dying too soon, the System lets her use a backdoor to draw a golden finger. Other people get golden fingers that make them fast or great at fighting. Chu Jiaojiao’s golden finger is forced kissing. [Cupid’s Kiss: Anyone you kiss will fall hopelessly in love with you and do everything they can to protect you~ Don’t hold back, just dive into love!] Chu Jiaojiao trembles. “Th-that can’t be right.” Once she enters the little worlds and sees bloodied zombies, a red-clad ghost crawling out from under the bed, and a monster waving a sky full of tentacles, Chu Jiaojiao immediately drops to her knees. Every time she enters a new world and meets the male lead, Chu Jiaojiao thinks: I have to figure out how to force a kiss on him :) *Tentative worlds* [Beware the One Beside You] The husband dies on their wedding night. The male lead arrives in the middle of the night: Your wife is fine, and the next second she’s mine. [Escape Zombie City] How can a useless person escape a horde of zombies before a nuclear blast? Guess I’ll just have to make the male lead fall in love with me~ [The Mountain God’s Bride] A bride offered as a sacrifice by a strange village. On the wedding night, should she kiss the mountain god first or the male lead? [It Is Watching You] An evil octopus god. Those tentacles look tasty... and so indecent! [There’s Someone Under Your Bed] There’s someone under my bed. Can I come sleep in yours? QAQ The order of the little worlds is undecided. Mild horror. We need at least a little horror to make it clear this is an infinite-flow story.jpg The main plot is a useless wife clinging to the male lead~ Theme: Love all things, and all things will love you.
