Miss Ushijima and the Little Giant of Volleyball

Starting a full edit to fix typos~ Also known as Ushijima-san, the Archery Expert, Shoots Straight Into the Little Giant's Heart Everyone in the Ushijima family graduated from Shiratorizawa. "Amane, you should go to Shiratorizawa." Mrs. Ushijima said sternly. Amane had good reason to suspect her mother had taken a kickback from Shiratorizawa's admissions office. But she still slipped off to Karasuno. With her chuunibyou syndrome and natural contrariness, she was determined to be a crow among the Shiratorizawa white eagles! And then she met the world's very best little crow! "Ever since I was little, my mother has held me to the strict standards of a proper lady. I am well-read, knowledgeable about the past and present, graceful in manner, and elegant in posture..." The Little Giant interrupted his deskmate's long-winded speech. "Are you talking about your past life?" Cool, silvery-white short hair: dyed. Deep blue eyes: colored contacts. A choker around her neck, chains on her wrists, piercings in her ears... "You're a delinquent!" the Little Giant exclaimed. Ushijima Amane chopped Utsui softly on his waist. "Stay out of underworld business." "I want to be Karasuno's ace!" "Utsui, you were born to be an ace!" "If I win this match..." "Don't tempt fate before a match! Do you have a death wish?" "C-can we date and stay together even after graduation?" "Hi there, boyfriend~" Ushijima Amane thought, Karasuno's Little Giant was hers now. Ushijima Amane has the best little brother in the world. "Wakatoshi is an angel! A child of God! My most beloved little brother!!" Ushijima Wakatoshi: And what about the little sun? Amane: ...That's my amazing apprentice! Ushijima Wakatoshi: Soft-serve? Amane: ...Um, well... Ushijima Wakatoshi: What about the trees, cats, crows, white eagles, foxes, seagulls, stoats, owls... Amane: ...Ahem. Ushijima Wakatoshi: And that gloomy little captain from the neighboring set... Amane: Ehehe! Ushijima Wakatoshi: Don't think you can get away with acting cute. Amane: Wakatoshi~ Waka~ Toshi~ Ushijima Wakatoshi: Big sis, you should have gone to Shiratorizawa. If Ushijima Amane had gone to Shiratorizawa, she wouldn't have met the Little Giant. If she hadn't met the Little Giant, she wouldn't have wanted to establish a volleyball club. And if she hadn't established a volleyball club, she wouldn't have suddenly gained all these little brothers who aren't even related to her! Years later, the Little Giant, Utsui, stood on a world-class volleyball court and looked at the girl in the stands, smiling boldly. When they first met, she bumped into him, then gave him an immense dream in return. "This is a feast of monsters. I'm lucky enough to have received an invitation." Utsui stopped writing down other people's lives. At last, he had a story of his own. Reader's Guide: 1. The pairing is with Karasuno's Little Giant. The heroine has money to throw around. 2. In the same graduating class as the Generation of Miracles, he played in match after match, year after year, and got thrashed by Teiko Middle School every time. ...Sakurai Seika, manager of Teiko Middle School's basketball club, didn't dare go home after games. The Apology Guy, who scared his little sister so badly she didn't dare go home: Sorry QAQ After Teiko Middle School's basketball club disbanded, Sakurai Seika decided to get away from basketball players and soothe her heart, which had been wounded by all those geniuses, by throwing herself into the arms of volleyball players. She was going to Nekoma to pet cats! The Rainbow Team: ...Oh no. Did we really make her so mad she ran away? Nekoma's volleyball club welcomed a manager who would suddenly burst into tears like a tough girl. When older students picked on younger ones: Sakurai Seika cried a river, speaking clearly: "Senior, as a terrifying, upright-walking ape who's constantly forcing yourself to pretend you're human, it must be exhausting. You pick up a ball and somehow send it flying into someone else's back. Were you picking up a volleyball or the brain you lost more than ten years ago? Sob!" Onlookers: ...She even had time to sob mid-cry! When the cats started swatting at each other: Sakurai Seika cried a river, speaking clearly: "I can wrestle funding away from the student council with my words and outsmart coaches from other schools with my cunning. I do it all so Nekoma's cats have everything they need, yet here you are, wasting all that excess energy! Go ahead and fight! Nobody cares about me anyway. A manager's tears are worthless!" Onlookers: ...Those bumps on the two cats' heads definitely weren't from you, right? When Kenma the cat confessed to her: -Sakurai Seika got so emotional she cried herself into the hospital. Kenma the cat: ...Sakurai hates me. Sakurai Seika: From now on, I have a cat, too! I! Have! A! Cat! (Cries with excitement.) Cats hate water, but they like faucets. The Apology Guy: S-sorry, please give my little sister back! Sakurai Seika grabbed Kenma the cat by the scruff, tearfully protesting: No giving him back! Kenma the cat, caught by the scruff of fate, murmured: I wasn't planning to. Theme: Life is meant to be lived with your head held high and your eyes looking forward.
