The Demon Emperor Dongfang Li was originally a primordial beast of chaos with no fixed form. He changed appearance according to whoever looked at him. One day, severely wounded, he fell into Mount Hongmeng, where spiritual energy was scarce and only little demons lived.
A little black cat accidentally wandered into the cave where he was healing.
The little black cat licked the tiny wounds on her body. Seeing such a huge “cat,” she felt envious. If only she were that big, she could leave Mount Hongmeng and find her fiance.
She was too weak.
So the little black cat said, “Big Black Cat, my blood is a miraculous medicine for healing wounds. Would you like a sip?”
Dongfang Li looked at the little fluffball and narrowed his eyes. “Big Black Cat?”
The little black cat nodded. “Since we're the same kind, you can have some.”
Eager to restore his primordial spirit, Dongfang Li fell silent for a moment. “Come a little closer.”
She was so tiny she wouldn't even make a mouthful, so he restrained himself and took a little bite.

The heavens and earth stirred, and spiritual qi revival swept through Mount Hongmeng. Many powerful demons poured into the mountain in an instant. The little black cat defended her territory, fighting anyone who came near her cave.
After successfully “scaring off” yet another powerful demon, the little black cat looked at the Big Black Cat, who had regained his human form. He was extraordinarily handsome but very weak, panting after just a few steps. She said sincerely, “It's dangerous for you to go out right now. Stay with me, and I'll protect you from now on.”
Dongfang Li glanced at the powerful demon in the distance, trembling under the pressure of his aura. “...All right.”

The little black cat took very good care of her underling. They even ate and slept together, until one day she climbed out of bed aching all over and left a note before running away.
“I'm engaged.”
“I'm going to find him.”
“Let's pretend nothing happened.”
“Let's never meet again.”
The Ninth Heaven Demon Emperor Dongfang Li stood stunned for a long time before he realized that someone had slept with him and then dumped him?
-A cat pretending to wield a tiger's might.
-A xianxia version of him chasing her as she runs, with nowhere for her to escape.
-The fiance turns out to be me series.
