After graduating from some no-name university abroad, Liang Zhixue, the pampered eldest daughter who was waiting to go home and live off her parents, had a rude awakening: her family had gone bankrupt, and she was all alone.

After struggling to cover her living expenses for two months, she decided to sink into depravity and started accompanying clients for drinks.

But after half a glass, she splashed the rest in someone's face. With only seventy yuan in her pocket, she figured there was no point living, spent it all on the cheapest liquor she could find, and planned to beg for food the next day.

Cheap liquor is dangerous. Drunk and with nowhere to go, she stumbled over to the bodyguard's place. He had quit long ago because he wasn't getting paid. The next morning, Liang Zhixue woke up aching all over and looked at the man in front of her. He was even poorer than she was, but his face and figure were decent enough. She decided to take the loss and treat it as having slept with a free gigolo.

Xu Jiawei was raised by his father and had heard all his life that beautiful women were poisonous. He'd kept himself chaste for over twenty years, but when his former employer, the bankrupt heiress, shamelessly flirted with him, he couldn't hold back and let things happen, despite his initial reluctance. She had no intention of taking responsibility, though, and kept coming around to bother him.

He wasn't going to follow in his father's footsteps. If the mountain wouldn't come to him, he'd go to the mountain.

One day, Liang Zhixue could no longer stand the person who kept haunting her. “What exactly do you want?”

Xu Jiawei answered with an earnest look: “You.”

Then they started fighting, but somehow they often ended up in bed before they were done.

The young miss never stopped running her mouth, and the mute Xu never stopped working hard either.
