To My Dear Wife, I Hope This Letter Finds You Well

Originally titled Golden Jade

Older top, no blood relation, ten-year age gap.

The bottom lost his parents when he was young and was sheltered and cherished by his older cousin, the Crown Prince. He grew up in his cousin's arms.

Later, after the Crown Prince ascended the throne, the younger cousin who seemed like a good brother, close as a real one, had secretly borne him two children without anyone knowing.

When the Crown Prince was young, the empire was on the brink of collapse. The emperor personally led a campaign, and the empress died on the journey. With no other choice, the emperor secretly entrusted the Crown Prince to Princess Xuanci to raise.

Princess Xuanci treated the Crown Prince as her own son, and he in turn treated her as his own mother.

But when the turmoil ended, the Crown Prince and the princess were separated. By the time he heard news of her and went searching, all he found was her young son.

This one younger brother he cherished above all others was the most precious gift the princess had left him, and would one day become his empress.

Steady emperor top, whose heart catches fire late in life, VS youthful bottom, riding through the streets on horseback

Beloved by all bottom. No romance before adulthood.
