After the Gentle Male Supporting Character Was Cursed

Luo Ran is the female supporting character who meets a tragic end at the end of the book. She strikes a deal with the System: she must follow the plot and win over Xie Changyan, the Tianji Sect's first disciple, who strictly observes the rules of propriety and is as noble and bright as the moon. He is also the male supporting character in the story.

Just as Luo Ran is fretting over how to win him over, her demon bloodline awakens by accident. She carelessly uses bewitching magic on him, making him fall in love with her. Whoops!

She seizes the opportunity to complete her task, tossing out sweet talk without a second thought. "Senior Brother Changyan, can I kiss you?"

"Senior Brother Changyan, I want to sleep with you."

"Senior Brother Changyan..."

Luo Ran loves teasing Xie Changyan. What she likes most is watching other emotions creep onto his calm, composed face in response to her words.

The male lead is about to come to his senses, and time is running short. Luo Ran sneaks into his room late at night to light an aphrodisiac incense. She expects it to be a simple matter, but suddenly he catches her by the wrist.

His usually pale, watery eyes reflect the slowly burning candlelight. His gentle face is breathtakingly beautiful, making her head spin.

Help, help, help...

The man who should have been cold gradually becomes more than she can handle. Luo Ran makes a hasty escape, but once certain things begin, there's no getting away from them.

Xie Changyan is a man who strictly observes the rules of propriety, knows how to advance and retreat, and cares for his fellow disciples. As the first disciple of Xuan Yu Xianzun, the strongest immortal in the immortal realm, he is the face of the Tianji Sect, and he lives up to that reputation. Even other immortal sects have nothing but praise for him.

He seems warm and courteous to everyone, attentive and patient, but no one is special to him.

What would it be like for such a noble, flawless man to fall in love?

The man holds the girl from behind, his cool fingers gently stroking the slender, snowy nape of her neck. He smiles as he feels her shiver beneath his hand. "Were you waiting for me?"

Before Luo Ran faints, the man takes her wrist and kisses it reverently. "A Ran, your mistake was coming to tempt me."

Content warning: The female lead is not kind, not smart, and irresponsible. She's a spoiled princess, so don't read if that bothers you.
