After being brought home, the little white cat starts biting the little cherries in Jiang Nanzhi's fruit bowl one by one as it patrols its territory.

When the designer Jiang, who doesn't know what it means to live, goes to design the interior of her alma mater's library, she meets Xia Shiyang.

Xia Shiyang snorts. "You're still as shallow as ever."

Jiang Nanzhi notices that Xia Shiyang sees through every date she's carefully planned. Something about it feels off.

Then one day, as Jiang Nanzhi holds the little white cat by the river and muses about life, the cat drops a cherry into her hand. "I'm marking you as mine, too."

Jiang Nanzhi sucks in a sharp breath. "I suddenly feel like you remind me of someone I once knew. You even smell like the cherry-scented pheromones she had."

The little white cat lets out two whimpers. Uh-oh!

Jiang Nanzhi discovers Xia Shiyang's secret, and after that, Jiang Nanzhi becomes even more unstoppable.

A kiss before work: "Mark your forehead."

A kiss over lunch: "Mark your lips."

A kiss in bed at night: "The sleepless-night champion requests permission to mark Xia Shiyang."
