[Genshin Impact] Reincarnated in Teyvat to Feed the Conqueror of Demons

Original upcoming story: A Cat's Travel Diary, about a cat who loves to travel. Please add it to your favorites!

Upcoming derivative work: [Genshin Impact] Teyvat Kindergarten

At the Teyvat Kindergarten bulletin board, there are a few amusing messages from new students.

New student who prefers not to give their name: Teachers can let students who just enrolled fill in as teachers? This lousy school is going to go out of business sooner or later!

New student who is filling in as a teacher: The student above seems to have a problem with me, but knowledge has no age limit. I don't think there's any teacher better at botany than me.

New student from Liyue: Can I draw a different Vision? I want a Geo Vision just like the Geo Archon.

New student from Snezhnaya: I don't want to go to this kindergarten. I want to go to the one run by the Tsaritsa.

Unlucky new student from Mondstadt: Can I skip the exploration expedition class? Every time we go looking for Mora, Uncle Azhdaha beats us up.

This story's blurb

Everyone in Liyue knows that every member of the Mao family is a master chef.

But there is one exception. Mao Shiyue was born into the Mao family but inherited none of their cooking talent. Instead, he's a walking kitchen disaster.

But Mao Shiyue refuses to accept that. He thinks that when he blows up the kitchen, it must be the cookware or ingredients' fault, definitely not his.

One day, Mao Shiyue cooked up a new dish in the wilderness.

But he couldn't find anyone to taste it. Just then, he passed a Hilichurl camp. Worried that the Hilichurls might be hungry, he casually poured his dish into their pot.

After clearing away the resentful remnants of a slain god, Xiao was on his way back to Wangshu Inn when he happened to witness the whole thing.

He also saw the Hilichurls, having finished the dish, enter their mating season and surround Mao Shiyue, dancing their courtship dance...

Pairing: Xiao x Shiyue. No switching.

Important notes:

1. The plot has been heavily altered, with out-of-character content. There is very little plot.

2. I'm a beginner and my writing is childish and cringe-inducing. If it makes you uncomfortable, please stop reading at once. (A sincere warning.)

3. This is a slice-of-life story, a real day-to-day account of the protagonist's cooking practice and his romance with Xiao.
