Dating My Crush's Older Brother

Shen Wenxing has been secretly in love with He Yuchuan, his good friend in name, for almost two years.

He keeps him company, chats with him, and comes whenever he's called, as obedient as a puppy.

He Yuchuan is good to everyone, generous and loyal. Unfortunately, he's a playboy, and straight too. He changes girlfriends constantly, and none of them last longer than three months.

During the welcome festivities for new students in their junior year, Shen Wenxing gets drunk. Somehow, he finds the courage to pull He Yuchuan aside and confess.

The other man stares at him for a long moment, then avoids his hand and looks him up and down with a frown. "You like men? That's kind of gross."

Then he leaves the drunk Shen Wenxing alone by the side of the road.

Shen Wenxing never expected He Yuchuan to be homophobic. He lets out a quiet breath and decides to end this misguided crush sensibly.

Suddenly, a shadow falls over him. He looks up and sees He Baizhou, the older brother of his former crush.

The man must have been watching for a while. A cigarette he hasn't lit rests between his long, pale fingers. Handsome and refined, he lowers his eyes and asks quietly, "Heartbroken?"

Shen Wenxing says yes. Before he can even feel sad, the man's lips curl into a faint smile. "Good. You did well to break up."

"?"

After Shen Wenxing leaves, He Yuchuan finally realizes his feelings. He thinks that Shen Wenxing likes him so much that, if he apologizes and sweet-talks him a little, they might go back to how things were.

But when he excitedly knocks on the door, the person he can't stop thinking about is being kissed by his older brother, who has him by the chin.

His cheeks are flushed, his eyes glistening. He looks sweeter than He Yuchuan has ever seen him.

Then He Yuchuan is kicked out of the house by his brother.

The man looks down at him, terrifying possessiveness in his eyes.

"Get lost."

What a fool, not knowing what he's got.
