As a ghost bound to a place, Yu Piao's only source of food is human emotions.

Fear, anger, joy, despair... All of them can fill his stomach.

But the villa where he lives is a notorious haunted house. Other than the occasional paranormal livestreamer who comes by to give him a little extra to eat, no one ever comes near it, much less lives there.

To avoid becoming the first ghost to starve to death, Yu Piao forced himself to suppress his instincts when he discovered that some poor fool wanted to move in. Only after the man had settled in did Yu Piao reveal his true nature as an evil ghost.

First hunt

With his hair loose and blood pouring from his body, Yu Piao crawled out of the poor fool's bathtub and came face to face with Su Shu, who had only halfway removed his cosplay makeup. One side of Su Shu's face was a skull, the other rotting muscle tissue.

They stared at each other. Su Shu calmly looked away, while Yu Piao was so terrified that he flowed right out of the bathtub at lightning speed.

Yu Piao: Damn! No ghost ever told him that the food could be scarier than the ghost!

Second hunt

Following the advice of an old-timer, Yu Piao planned to wear red and grab the poor fool's ankle from under the bed in the middle of the night. Then, when his victim cowered under the covers in fear, Yu Piao would crawl in and stare him in the face.

But Yu Piao lay in wait under the bed all night. Su Shu had gone to bed after washing up early, but then he picked up his phone and kept reading novels and watching videos until five in the morning.

Even ghosts couldn't handle a schedule like that!

After failing to scare someone for the nth time, Yu Piao, clutching his stomach and nearly mad with hunger, decided to try another approach: seduction!

This guy spent all day reading danmei novels and watching BL comics and anime. He even wore women's clothes in his videos, making a whole crowd online call him their wife. Most importantly! His surname was Shen, so he was definitely into men, and a total bottom!
